8–12 tools with tier, monthly cost, underlying model, role in the stack, and rationale. Total spend budgeted and justified.
Brand-voice long-form, ad variant generation with banned words, and VoC extraction - each with system prompt, model, and temperature.
End-to-end workflow with at least 3 steps, one AI reasoning step, and at least one human-review gate. Failure modes documented.

5–10 examples with a 4-criteria rubric and baseline scores across two candidate models. Scoring methodology explained.

Ethics Policy
One page: acceptable use, prohibited uses, approved tools by data classification, FTC + EU Article 50 disclosure, HITL defaults.
In the final session, you present a complete AI marketing operating system designed for a real brand brief - given to you one week in advance. Successful capstones become portfolio pieces.
